We might have feelings of dissatisfaction, sadness, anxiousness, or confusion. It is not uncommon that we find ourselves living on AUTO-PILOT due to stress: our mind is FULL and pulls us into the future or the past. Whether we are thinking about the "To-Do" list, thinking about past events, or worrying about the future, living on auto-pilot means we are not living in the present moment.
