About the event

This is an in-person group for neurodivergent women to gather together, talk about their experience, and feel seen.

In a group of up to 12 women, you'll be invited to return to something more human and real as we put down our phones and sit together to tell the truth about living with neurodivergence, the masks we wear and the wounds that come from performing. No fixing. No advice-giving. Just a space to go beneath the surface in a room of our own. Part of our time together is to be able to share amongst other women who "get it" and explore the struggles we face.

This is not a workshop. It's a group container, held with structure and care by a trained psychotherapist, for the parts for you that have felt "too much" and "not enough".

Join me in a room of our own!
