About the event

Struggles can take us by surprise. But learning healthy ways to move through adversity—a collection of skills that researchers call resilience—can help us cope better and recover more quickly, or at least start heading in that direction.

This virtual workshop for BUILDING RESILIENCE: Nurturing Mental Strength  is the first step to help you confront emotional setbacks more skillfully. With enough practice, you’ll have techniques that come naturally—a toolbox for the mind, that will help keep you afloat when times get tough. Just knowing that you’ve built up skills to help you bounce back can be a great comfort and allow you be present to whatever life brings — pleasant or unpleasant.
