Practicum Students

MindWise Counselling & Education is committed to supporting the development of competent, compassionate and heart-centered counsellors for our community. 

1) We support those entering the profession through a practicum program that is welcoming, professional, fun, and supportive. We have structured a program to provide you with experiences and mentorship that aims to support your development of the attitudes, competencies and knowledge you need to be successful in this profession.

2) We offer continuing support after the program so you can step into the arena of private practice with guidance, mentorship, and consultation, and collaborative team environment, without all the pressures and overhead costs of starting a private practice.
