About the event

Empowered Parenting: Navigating ADHD Together

Session 1: Uncovering ADHD

Feb.15: 9-11:30am

📚 What’s really going on in your child’s brain?

Parenting a child with ADHD starts with understanding because let's face it - it can feel overwhelming and isolating. The challenges of managing impulsivity, inattentiveness, and emotional highs and lows may leave you feeling uncertain about the best way to support your child. You may have tried countless strategies, only to face more frustration and concern as the usual parenting approaches seem to fall short in addressing ADHD’s unique needs. The misunderstandings from family, friends, and even teachers can amplify this struggle, leaving you feeling as though you’re facing this journey alone. In this workshop, you will move beyond frustration and isolation and take steps to turn the struggles of ADHD into real opportunities for growth, understanding, and connection with your child.
