This workshop on STRESS MANAGMENT is to help you understand what "stress" is and how impacts your well-being, then offer you some ideas about how to manage stress so you feel like you can breathe and enjoy life more!

Get out from under the stuff that keeps coming at you - learn some coping strategies and techniques so you can use tools to manage stress in daily life. Feeling better about your life won't happen all on its own, but you can make change happen by taking steps to take care of yourself. Join us for this workshop, learn about stress and how to effectively use strategies, such as self-compassion, cognitive coping, physical coping, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques that will help you feel lighter.

We have 4 price options geared towards affordability and accessiblity:

PRESENT:  Income is not stable. Stress about basic needs. Rarely buy new things. No car. No $ for coffees/restaurants

AWARE: Income is mostly stable. Usually meet basic needs. Buy new & thrift. Own used car. $$ for coffees/restaurants

MINDFUL: Stable income. Always meet basic needs. Can buy new. Own/lease car. $$$ for coffees/restaurants

PAY-IT-FORWARD: Same as MINDFUL tier AND you want to support someone who needs access to the workshop
