New Moon in Capricorn

Mindful Moon Energy Healing along with Mindwise Counselling invite you to join us for an evening of blissful sound bathing, guided mediation and journalling linked to this powerful first new moon in Capricorn. 

The start of the year can bring up many emotions and even pressure to declare resolutions. As you work with this New Moon’s energy, there is an opportunity to form a lifestyle for yourself that will hold space for your visions to evolve, while knowing nothing is carved in stone, and you are free to change your intentions at any point. We change over small increments of time through focus and commitment. Most of this change occurs through daily explorations of feelings, thoughts, and energy. This SERENITY SESSION will create space for you to create a blueprint for the small shifts that we can process, integrate, and solidify. Then set up practices and rituals that can become part of your daily life, starting with the central question of how you want to feel.

Much like a guided meditation, a sound bath gently helps us connect with the present moment and our place in it. Surrendering to the sound bath experience can leave us feeling relaxed and restored. It can also be a therapeutic experience, as a sound bath empowers us to release that which no longer serves us.
