In Chaos to Calm, we’re tackling exactly that. This session is packed with simple, actionable strategies to bring more structure and ease into your daily life and home. You’ll build off the previous sessions and learn how to create routines your child will actually follow, scaffold them to build skills, like managing time (yes, even for kids who “forget everything”), and reduce those daily battles that leave everyone drained.
This isn’t about being a “perfect” parent or running a rigid household. It’s about understanding obstacles your kid faces, building your parent toolbox, and then trying the strategies out so you can see what works for YOUR family. We know ADHD is not a "one-size-fits-all". This workshop session is about helping your child feel supported and understood, so your relationship is intact by the time they move out. Imagine the feeling you will have when you hit a rough day, and are able to reassure yourself that you are setting your kid up for future success. I will help you understand why all of this is so important - NOW.
