EMPOWERED PARENTING:
Navigating ADHD Together

A Workshop Series for Parents

Hey there, parents—let’s get real for a second. Parenting is tough, but parenting a child with ADHD? That’s next level. It can feel like you’re constantly spinning plates while everyone else seems to have it all figured out. You love your kid to the ends of the earth, but some days it’s exhausting, confusing, and you wonder if you’re doing it right.

Here’s the deal. Parenting a child with ADHD isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. You’ve probably been told a million different things: “Try this strategy,” “Stick to that routine,” “They will grow out of it - it's just a stage.” But let’s be honest—none of that advice truly gets at the heart of what you’re facing, right? And that’s because parenting a child with ADHD is about more than just strategies; it’s about really understanding your child’s world, identifying how your support is needed at different ages and stages, and finding ways to make your lives less stressful.

In these 4  workshops, we’ll dig into the science-backed tools and techniques that actually work with ADHD—and by that, I mean facts and strategies that go beyond the trendy, 60 second pieces of advice you might see on social media. We’re talking about practical ways to help you teach your child about emotions, establish routine so you can bring calm into chaotic daily life, and teach you essential ways to communicate and connect, even on the tough days. And we’ll be doing all this in an environment that’s about support, not judgment. You’ll be in a community of other parents who truly get it, and you’ll learn factual, evidence-based information and strategies from me who is here to guide you every step of the way.

Here’s the truth: You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

Imagine walking away from these workshops feeling a renewed sense of confidence as a parent, and tools you can start using immediately. Imagine feeling like, "Hey, I’ve got this," even on the tough days. That’s what I want for you. You’ll be in a community of other parents who truly get it, and you’ll learn from experts who are here to support you every step of the way.

And that is why I created Empowered Parenting: Navigating ADHD Together. I can't meet the demands of all the parents who are reaching out to me for counselling in this area. BUT! Bringing parents  together to learn how to navigate ADHD with their kids and offer each other support and reassurance - this is something I want for you, your kids, your families, and our community. Each workshop in this series offers you tools and information that will help you feel more confident to support your child in a way that works—not just for them, but to create ease for your whole family. So, let’s do this together. Sign up, take that step, and let’s empower you to be the parent you want to be—and that your child needs.

You will have more...

Uncovering ADHD
Feb.15: 9am - 11:30am

📚 What’s really going on in your child’s brain?

Parenting a child with ADHD can often feel like navigating a maze with no map. You may feel frustrated, confused, or even overwhelmed by behaviors that don’t always make sense. Here’s the good news: Once you understand the “why” behind ADHD, you can move forward with more empathy, clarity, and confidence.

In Uncovering ADHD, we’ll give you a rock-solid foundation in what ADHD really is—beyond the stereotypes and surface-level knowledge. By understanding your child’s brain and how it works, you’ll be better equipped to support their unique needs and help them thrive. Say goodbye to the myths and confusion, and hello to a clear roadmap for understanding your child, their unique brain, and their needs.

When you truly understand ADHD, you’ll stop seeing your child’s challenges as defiance or laziness and start seeing them as opportunities for growth and connection.

Knowledge is power—and this is where your empowerment begins. 💡

From Chaos to
Calm
Apr.27: 9am - 11:30am

🗓️ Overwhelmed by the chaos?

Kids with ADHD thrive in structured, predictable environments—but we know that’s easier said than done! Session 3 is all about practical strategies to bring more calm to your home. From creating routines and scaffolding skills to tackling homework, chores, and power struggles, I’ll give you tools that WORK (and that your child will actually respond to). This isn’t about being a “perfect” parent or running a rigid household. It’s about understanding obstacles your kid faces, building your parent toolbox, and then trying the strategies out so you can see what works for YOUR family.

Ready to feel more in control and less stressed? Let’s get organized—together. 💪

Building Connection
Mar.29: 9am - 11:30am

💬 Tired of miscommunication and meltdowns?

Let’s face it—parenting a child with ADHD can feel like an endless loop of misunderstandings, meltdowns, and frustration. You’re trying your best, but somehow, the connection keeps slipping through the cracks. Sound familiar? Learn the essentials of effective communication that will help you build connection—emotionally and practically.

We’re flipping the script. This isn’t about yelling less or saying the “perfect” thing. It’s about learning how to meet your child where they are. I’m talking about practical tools that you will be able to implement immediately! The strategies I share will help you truly hear your child, validate their emotions, and create a space where you can problem solve with them and they can thrive.

We’ll cover everything from emotion coaching to setting boundaries that actually stick (without the guilt or the power struggles). By the end, you’ll feel more confident, connected, and ready to tackle those tough moments as a team.

✨ Let’s transform power struggles into teamwork. Are you ready?

Thriving, Not Just Surviving
May 24: 9am - 11:30am

🧘‍♀️ You are their advocate AND you can’t pour from an empty cup.

In Session 4, we'll talk about being an advocate for your child and the value of holding them accountable at the same time. We are also going to talk about the importance of managing the stress that comes with parenting a child with ADHD because... parenting a child with ADHD can feel like running a marathon that never ends. The constant demands, worries, and emotional ups and downs can leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed, and questioning whether you’re doing enough. But here’s the truth: If you’re running on empty, you can’t show up as the parent your child needs.

Ready to put yourself back in the equation and feel more empowered than ever? Join me for Thriving, Not Just Surviving! 🌟

The roadmap to turning your parenting struggles into real opportunities for growth, understanding, and connection with your child starts here:

I'll break down the science of ADHD so you can understand what’s going on in your child’s brain. You’ll learn simple, practical strategies: to create structure, to communicate effectively, and to build a stronger connection with your kid (without the constant power struggles). Plus, we’re going to tackle how to be an advocate and your needs—because if you’re running on empty, you can’t show up as the parent you want to be.

You’ll leave each workshop with information that will help you understand your child, real solutions that you can use right away, and, more importantly, a sense of hope that they are going to be okay as they walk through their life.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about empowering you with the tools to show up as the strong, confident, and supportive parent your child needs. So, if you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start moving forward, sign up now.

Your kid deserves this. And so do you! Let’s do this—together.
